Boston Conservatory Wind Ensemble opens its artistic season with a concert of works that challenge the audience to take a moment and appreciate the beauty that autumn brings. Conducted by Matthew M. Marsit, the program is a leaf-peeper’s delight, with works by Kevin Charoensri, Alexandre Kosmicki, and Julian Work as well as David Maslanka’s monumental Symphony No. 7. Plus, Boston Conservatory is honored to share the stage with the Belmont High School Wind Ensemble, playing side-by-side for a portion of the performance—as well as a special encore presentation with Brass Festival Weekend guest artist Adam Unsworth, principal horn of the Ann Arbor Symphony and professor at Northwestern University’s Bienen School of Music.

This performance has been selected as part of Boston Conservatory at Berklee’s 2025–2026 Center Stage collection.
