Box Office

The Box Office is located at 136 Massachusetts Avenue. Tickets for all performances are always available to purchase online at any time.

Summer Hours (until August 29): 12:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m., Wednesday and Friday
Fall Hours (starting September 2): 12:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m., Tuesday–Friday

Box Office hours are subject to change, particularly during times when Berklee is on a break and around the holidays. Please email boxoffice@berklee.edu or call 617-747-2261 before you plan on visiting the Box Office.

How to Purchase Tickets

Tickets may be purchased online at any time, or in person at our box office locations during operating hours. Beginning one hour prior to the scheduled event, patrons may purchase tickets at the event venue and pick up Will Call tickets.

We accept all major credit cards, tap to pay, and cash.

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
