As a teacher, I aim to nurture thoughtful and intelligent movers. Using Pilates as a foundation, I guide students in developing a deeper understanding of body mechanics, ultimately supporting longevity and success in their dance careers.

Danielle Pastuszak is a Boston-based physical therapist, Pilates instructor, dancer, and educator.
